#1 What are the hours for the Service Department? Service is opened Monday-Friday 7a.m-6p.m and Sat 8a.m-3p.m. #2 How late can I pick up my vehicle? The Cashier is opened until 8:00p.m for pick-up. After 6:00p.m the service door will be locked. Please enter through showroom door, and turn left down the hallway to the Cashier's Office. #3 Can I have a Loaner Car? Yes, at Country Chevrolet, when you purchase a new or pre-owned GM Vehicle, you qualify for a loaner car for all your Service needs. With our large fleet of loaner vehicles, we'll make your Service visit as convenient as possible. Just let us know you need a loaner car when you schedule your service appointment. #4 Do you offer a Shuttle Service? We do offer a Shuttle Service within 10 miles of the dealership. #5 How much much does a state inspection cost? State Inspections are $16.00, appointments are not set for inspections. Inspections are first come first serve. Inspection Hours are M-F 8:00a.m.-11:00a.m & 1:00p.m-4:00p.m & Sat 8:00a.m-2:00p.m. #6 Do you do Emissions Inspections? No, we do not perform emissions inspections Fauquier County does not require them. #7 Why am I charged an Environmental Fee? Recycling and proper disposal of automotive waste is important to the environment, our community, and Country Chevrolet. We are committed to various recycling and disposal programs to ensure a cleaner environment for our future. We view this as a responsibility-not a choice. These programs do not come without cost, however. Your service bill includes a small fee to help offset the cost of these programs. We would like to thank you for your support for this worthwhile cause. #8 What is the Know Your Vehicle Report that I receive with my invoice? The "Know Your Vehicle Report" is a color printed report describing the health of your vehicle. This comprehensive inspection report helps us prioritize critical and upcoming repairs on your vehicle. This report can either be emailed to you or printed by your Service Consultant for your convenience.
